Gina Ziegler
Senior Project Manager

At GCG since June 2002, Ms. Ziegler is responsible for the day-to-day management and supervision of numerous cases, including two asbestos cases that combine for well over one million asbestos personal injury claimants. Ms. Ziegler coordinates the transmission of electronic claimant data into various formats and databases, and she is proficient in solicitations of plans of reorganization in Chapter 11 cases including both creditors and holders of publicly held securities. She has direct contact with claimants and personal injury attorneys and possesses thorough knowledge of asbestos illnesses upon which plans of reorganization are based.

Prior to her employment at GCG, Ms. Ziegler spent approximately fifteen years as a Senior Bankruptcy Paralegal at several firms, including Kaye Scholer LLP, Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and Holland & Knight LLP. In the mid 1980s, she worked at Moses & Singer in its representation of the Asbestos Committee in the Johns-Manville Chapter 11 case.

Ms. Ziegler graduated with Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees in History from Brooklyn College. She received her Paralegal Certificate from Adelphi University.
