Victoria Oldham has been with GCG since October 2004. In her role as Legal Services
Coordinator, Ms. Oldham anticipates and responds to client needs and researches trends in
class action settlements and Chapter 11 reorganizations. Ms. Oldham's legal background
allows her the ability to accurately review settlement documents and advise clients of the best
way to conduct their claims administration. She leverages GCG's capabilities and resources to
fully meet client requirements.
Before joining GCG, Ms. Oldham was a member of the American Bar Association's Law
Student Division, and she has continued to be very active with the ABA throughout her career
at GCG. She is a Co-Chair of the Young Lawyer Outreach Subcommittee for the Woman
Advocate Committee of the ABA, for which she was selected as an Outstanding
Subcommittee Chair in 2006.
Ms. Oldham is also very professionally active with the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Columbus Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar
Association, the Chicago Bar Association, and the International Women's Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC).
Ms. Oldham completed her undergraduate work at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio where she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of
Arts degree in Political Science and was selected to be a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She received her Juris Doctor from The Ohio State
University Moritz College in Columbus, Ohio where she was a member of the Labor & Employment Moot Court team.
