GCG oversees a sophisticated printing and mailing
operation on behalf of our clients. Specifically, we offer
the following key capabilities:

Overnight Deliveries
The Garden City Group, Inc. has teamed up with FedEx Office in Memphis, Tennessee. We now offer an extended pick-up deadline for most overnight deliveries up until 12:30 am (central time).

Letter Shops
We are able to fulfill the most complicated requests at our state-of-the-art letter shops. Our facilities routinely print upwards of 60 million notices each year, including color printing and multiple personalizations, within extremely short timeframes. In addition, every notice, response and case document is meticulously tracked throughout.

Onsite Post Office
Our letter shops boast fully staffed U.S. postal facilities to ensure even faster claims delivery to adhere to challenging court-imposed deadlines.

Secure Storage
GCG employs a sophisticated tracking and retrieval system, so that ALL documents (including exclusions and objections, incoming Proofs of Claim, claimant inquiries, returns, etc.) are always accounted for. Our technology enables us to track and locate any document associated with a case for the life of the file. To ensure complete accountability, every component of each case follows a strict regimen:

• Receiving of mail in our facility
• Sorting by item type
• Scanning in digital record
• Preparing items to be mailed back as needed
• Boxing and bar coding
• Daily pick up and delivery
• Transporting to our warehouse facility
• Compiling and cataloging for future reference
• Retrieving components on-demand
