Ronda Collum joined GCG in 2009 as a Senior Bankruptcy Consultant to supervise client projects, and assist with new business efforts.
Prior to joining GCG, she was Vice President and Senior Consultant at The Trumbull Group, LLC (aka Wells Fargo Trumbull), where she supervised bankruptcy administration engagements, including pre-filing assistance; Bankruptcy Schedules and Statement of Financial Affairs preparation; bar date notifications; claims review, reconciliation and reporting; ballot solicitation and tabulation; claim objections and resolution assistance; executory contract tracking; and preference analyses. Representative engagements included Granite Broadcasting Corporation, Ownit Mortgage Solutions, Pharmed Group Holdings, Inc., Quigley Company and Solutia Inc. She was instrumental in the implementation of product/process improvements. Ms. Collum conducted internal training sessions for operations staff, and was an active participant and developer of marketing activities. She managed the ultimate wind down of the company, including oversight of the conclusion and/or transition of all active/open cases; billings and collections; and other activities associated with the closure of business.
Before that Ms. Collum was Managing Director of Corporate Recovery at KPMG LLP where she managed bankruptcy engagements in which KPMG was employed by the Debtor. Services included pre-filing assistance; managing data room and information requests; assistance with the preparation of Bankruptcy Schedules, Statements of Financial Affairs and other defined reporting requirements; coordination with Debtor’s claim agents; assistance with claims reconciliation and resolution; assistance with executory contract review and tracking; and preferential transfer analyses.
She is involved in several professional organizations, including 100 Women in Hedge Funds; the American Bankruptcy Institute; INSOL; the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation; and the Turnaround Management Association.
Ms. Collum graduated from the University of Texas with a B.B.A in Accounting.
