Patrick M. Passarella
Vice President, Midwest Operations

Patrick M. Passarella brings to GCG's midwest operations nearly 20 years of class action administration experience.

Mr. Passarella first joined GCG in January 1992 as a Project Administrator. He has held various management positions including: Assistant Vice President of Operations, Director of Operations and Manager of the Claims Control Department. As Vice President of Operations, Mr. Passarella led a staff of more than 100 professionals on concurrent projects. He has overseen the administration of over 100 settlements, including: Dip Tube Litigation, Exxon Dealer Class Action Litigation, Indirect Vitamins Antitrust Litigation, Lease Oil Antitrust Litigation, Non-Starlink Farmers Litigation, VisaCheck/MasterMoney Antitrust Litigation and Western Union Mexico Money Transfer Litigation.

In July 2007, Mr. Passarella was promoted to Vice President, Midwest Operations. In this capacity, he is responsible for the management and profitability of the firm's Columbus, Ohio regional office - an increasingly important part of GCG's overall operation. Mr. Passarella has helped to develop a strong midwest presence that complements GCG's existing regional offices and enables GCG to provide high quality, cost-effective service to clients and claimants coast-to-coast.

Among his many achievements at GCG, Mr. Passarella formed the Claims Control Department from inception, which includes a fully functional Computer Scanning Department and mail facility.

Mr. Passarella studied Business Administration at the State University of New York in Farmingdale.
