Jennifer M. Keough
Senior Vice President and Managing Director, West Coast Operations

Ms. Keough is GCG's Senior Vice President and Managing Director, West Coast Operations based in Seattle, Washington.

Ms. Keough joined GCG in 2003 as Vice President and Managing Director of the company's west coast operations. She was promoted to Senior Vice President and Managing Director in June 2005. Ms. Keough has helped to develop a strong west coast presence that complements GCG's existing regional offices and enables GCG to provide high quality, cost- effective service to clients and claimants coast-to-coast.

As a former GCG client and class action business analyst, Ms. Keough has an insider's experience of the class action processes. Before joining GCG, Ms. Keough was a Class Action Business Analyst for Perkins Coie, Washington's largest law firm, where she was responsible for managing the settlement implementation and administration process for large class action settlements.

Prior to joining Perkins Coie, Ms. Keough gained her legal expertise while working for Smith & Hennessey PLLC (formerly Smith & Leary PLLC), a highly regarded civil litigation Seattle firm. During her 11 years at Smith & Hennessey, Ms. Keough successfully managed legal projects and financial investigations primarily in complex commercial litigation and arbitration and corporate, financial, and timber investigations in the Pacific Northwest and in Alaska, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Florida.

Ms. Keough did her undergraduate work at Seattle University Albers School of Business, where she graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Business Management and a Masters in Finance and Valuation. She received her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law, where she authored the article "Navigating the Ethical Challenges of Representing Older Clients."
